Quick post

Sorry about being boring but this is just going to be a really quick outfit post today, as I have my German speaking exam tomorrow and I've been so busy that I haven't done any work for it yet. So this is what I wore to go out for my mum's birthday last night:

We just went out for dinner and then to see Alice in Wonderland - which I will talk about shortly - so it's quite a casual outfit. I wore it with my black blazer though to make it a bit more dressy. I'm not going to go into much detail about the outfit because it's quite simple and I want to talk about Alice in Wonderland, as it was incredible! First of all, Johnny Depp was amazing in it. I can't imagine anyone else playing his part as well as he did. He seemed to be perfect for the role, in a really bizarre way, and it just seemed to work. Also, the crazy hare was hilarious! I love how so many films make anyone Scottish seem insane, as if we're all complete nutters. Ironically, I don't find it offensive in any way, I find it hilarious. Besides that, however, I found the clothes in it bizarrely beautiful (note the sneaky alliteration there). Although everything was highly unwearable as it was shown, I really think there's potential for similar styles to catch on. Anyways, this was meant to be a quick post and I've taken about half an hour to do it so that's all for now.
